The fabric we use in mostly cotton, and that's extremely important to us since our fabric is snuggling your baby’s soft and sensitive new skin.
Additionally, we do not spray our products with any fire-retardants, making everything formaldehyde free.
We take your baby’s safety very seriously.
Where are your products made?
All of our clothing is designed in Chicago, Illinois and Paris, France by our in house team at Camy and Bunny. We globally source our fabrics with the majority of our manufacturing done at factories in South Korea and Greater China.
Do you offer gift wrap?
Not at the moment.
Orders, Returns, and Exchanges
When will my order ship?
Due to Covid-19, we are experiencing delays in shipping times. Orders will processed within 1-2 days, and standard delivery fulfillment time by 5-7 business days.
Can I change my order?
We are unable to make any changes after an order has been shipped.
Can I cancel my order?
Please note that you cannot cancel an order after it has been shipped. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as you can at email@example.com
Can I edit my shipping address?
If you need to update your shipping address, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to make the change.
What forms of payment do you take?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and AMEX. Additionally, we accept PayPal online.
How long does shipping take?
*Due to Covid-19 restrictions, carriers are NOT currently guaranteeing shipping times. More information here. Typically, our standard shipping is via USPS First Class and FedEx. Due to nationwide carrier delays, please allow extra time for your package to be delivered.
Where can I track my order?
You will receive your tracking number via email shortly after your order ships.
What if the package says delivered but I didn't receive it?
If your package says delivered but you didn't receive it, please confirm the shipping address and check other possible locations around the delivery area where the package could've been dropped or received by someone else.
Packages are sometimes prematurely marked as delivered by carriers. We ask that you wait 3 business days after the package is marked as delivered. If the package doesn't arrive after 3 business days, please reach out to our customer service team at email@example.com and we will find a solution.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment.
How much is shipping?
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 within the US. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
Do you have a waitlist?
If you’d like to be added to our waitlist for a specific product, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. The team will notify you when the item becomes available.
What is your returns and exchanges policy?
Returns can be started with an order number or email address.
Unwashed, unworn, with original tag items purchased within 2 weeks with an order number are eligible for return.
Once the return is received and processed, orders will either be refunded to the original payment method or for store credit to use towards a future purchase.
Buyer is responsible for the shipping of the returned items.
Please include the original packing slip from your order with your return. If no packing slip is included, your return might not be accepted.
If no record of sale is available, we reserve the right to refuse the return and ask for personal identification.
If items in the return are significantly used or not in resellable condition, we also reserve the right to refuse the return and will mail back the items.
Shipping costs will not be refunded.
When can I expect my refund?
We aim to process returns as quickly as possible. You will receive a notification as soon as we finish processing your return. In times of high order volume, it may take us longer to process your return.
How do I make an exchange?
Once you’ve returned the item(s), we will issue you a store credit that can be used towards a new purchase. Shipping fees will not be refunded.
Will I be refunded the original shipping charge?
If you paid for shipping, you will not be refunded if you make a return. Refunds are for products only.
Discount / Promotional Codes
How do I apply my promo code to my order?
Promo codes can be applied at checkout by entering the code in the “gift card or promo code" field.
Only 1 promo code may be used per purchase.
Promo codes can’t be retroactively applied after you’ve placed your order.
We are unable to apply expired promo codes to an order.
