When will my order ship?
Due to Covid-19, we are experiencing delays in shipping times. Orders will processed within 1-2 days, and standard delivery fulfillment time by 5-7 business days.
Can I change my order?ย
We are unable to make any changes after an order has beenย shipped.ย
Can I cancel my order?ย
Please note that you cannot cancel an order after it has been shipped. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as you can at contact@camyandbunny.com

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and AMEX. Additionally, we accept PayPal online.
How long does shipping take?ย
*Due to Covid-19 restrictions, carriers areย NOT currently guaranteeing shipping times. More informationย here. Typically, our standard shipping is via USPS First Class and FedEx. Due to nationwide carrier delays, please allow extra time for your package to be delivered.
Where can I track my order?
You will receive your tracking number via email shortly after your order ships.
What if the package says delivered but I didn't receive it?ย
If your package says delivered but you didn't receive it, please confirm the shipping address and check other possible locations around the delivery area where the package could've been dropped or received by someone else.ย
Packages are sometimes prematurely marked as delivered by carriers. We ask that you wait 3 business days after the package is marked as delivered. If the package doesn't arrive after 3 business days, please reach out to our customer service team atย contact@camyandbunny.comย and we will find a solution.

How much isย shipping?ย
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 within the US. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
